What data we process
When you send an enquiry through the form, we process your name, email address, phone number (if you enter one) and the text of your message. The server briefly logs technical data about a visit (for example IP address, time and requested pages) for security and for the site to work properly.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the form data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in security and a properly working site.
Retention
We keep enquiries while the enquiry is being handled and for any business relationship that follows, and as long as legal obligations require. After that we delete them.
Recipients
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. To run the site we use hosting, database and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf.
Google map
The map on the Contact page is an image stored on our own site, so opening the page does not connect to Google. Only if you click the map does Google Maps open, where Google receives your IP address and browser data under its own privacy policy. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and the right to object and to data portability. You can send us a request through the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
